Meet Our Founder
Amit Mahesh Sharma
With 26+ years of experience in HR and business leadership, Amit brings a practical, people-centric approach to talent, workforce management and organizational growth. His experience spans strategic HR, HR Business Partnering, talent acquisition, compliance and cross-functional leadership, including building HR functions and leading large, multi-location workforces.
A firm believer in ownership, execution and accountability, Amit values purposeful meetings, clear decisions and seeing commitments through to their intended outcomes.
This philosophy inspired him to establish Ethosium Consulting for helping organizations make better talent decisions, strengthen HR practices and build capable, engaged teams.
Beyond Professional Life
Amit takes active interest in volunteering food distribution, nature conservation drives over the weekends.
He actively spends time in having one on one conversation or group discussions on various topics with the next generation young professionals to understand their perspective and how differently they approach the same subjects. There is a mutual learning involved in such discussions.
These interests reflect his belief in community responsibility, sustainability and long-term thinking—values that also shape his approach to building Ethosium.
